Joni’s community involvement is extensive. She has received numerous accolades including Woman Of The Year in 1992 and Business First Woman of the Year for 2008.
Born in Williamsport, PA. The home of Little League Baseball and Joni Cooper Stovroff. Along came Morton Stovroff from Buffalo, N.Y. and the rest is history. A husband, daughter, son, daughter-in-law, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren are the nucleus of the Stovroff family. Married 52 years and business partners at Stovroff & Herman Realtors for 35 years until Morton decided retirement sounded enticing. Joni was not about to quit, no way! Stovroff & Taylor Travel opened their doors May, 1988.
The travel agency is “alive, well and flourishing. Real Estate was only on the “back burner” temporarily however. What a great combination: Travel and Real Estate. The temptation was too great to ignore. Once again the name STOVROFF, synonymous with Real Estate in Buffalo, N.Y. is back on lawns with the familiar Blue and Yellow Signs complete with the signature CLOCK.
